I never had any problems with my two little dogs barking excessively. Sure, they bark at each other when they're playing and they bark at the neighbors when they come near the fence, but they've never been "annoying barkers." When I brought my little Salem home I had no idea that his German Shepherd side would explode in a frenzy of constant barking at the back door when he wanted attention.
